Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as it governs how you use Resolve Right or its affiliate products.

You should not use this site in an unlawful manner; you must respect the website terms and conditions and follow the Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the charges incurred for the usage of hardware, software, or internet services provider fee. Also, the user is fully responsible for the proper functioning of computer hardware and internet access.
You will be required to use login credentials for some of the sections on the site and the company reserves the right to block access to our services for any user who does not follow these conditions
We make sure that users get uninterrupted access to our service, but there is no obligation to do so. We are not responsible and is not obligated for issues in your network or server beyond certain limits.

Limit of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

The use or the inability to use the service.
The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, or services purchases or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Website or otherwise;
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or confidential information; (iv)Statements or conduct of any third party on the Products;

(v) Any other matter relating to the Products.

Indemnification

We agree to indemnify and hold the Company and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand (including legal expenses and the expenses of other professionals) made by a third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Terms of Use or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country i.e., India, shall govern this Terms and your use of the Service. Your use of the website/application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. If still the issue has not been resolved then the matter will be resolved through Arbitration & Conciliation, wherein the Arbitrator/Conciliator will be appointed by the company

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Fees

Resolve Right services are chargeable, and you are responsible for the payment of fees that may be applicable to programs or usage of our services. You will be notified of such fees prior to completion of the transaction. Only if you agree and choose to pay the mentioned fees then only the transaction will be completed. Clients are entitle to pay our service fee on monthly basis in advance for each month.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the service agreement that will be signed by you for availing our programs/ services. You may or may not be eligible for refund based on the service agreement terms that are mutually signed at the time to avail Resolve Right services. You can cancel the service any time by giving in writing to the company and no fee is charged after cancellation. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

Most Important Terms & Conditions

Misuse of the advocate’s number (circulating, sharing with recovery agents, or anything that Resolve Right restricts) can lead to agreement termination.
In case, client is unable to complete the settlement due to any reason, the agreement will stand completed and the payment made as monthly retainership fee will be lapsed.
Client cannot choose to modify the terms (payment dates, amount, lenders, tenure, etc) of agreement after it is signed & submitted.
In case of non payment of monthly fee on dates mentioned in the service agreement, the services offered by the firm will be put on temporary halt and it will be resumed post payment of fee. In case of repetitive offender the agreement stand terminated.
